Dear Star Bootcampers,
Your first group task is here! Below are your group assignments, each based on key themes from our Week 1 class. This is your opportunity to apply strategic thinking to real-world HR challenges and practice working as a team.
· Each group must prepare a slide deck (PowerPoint or Canva) presenting their case analysis. Keep it sharp and compelling.
· Each group has 10 minutes to present during our Wednesday Coaching Call.
· Every team member must speak during the presentation (video on), so divide sections thoughtfully to showcase everyone’s strength.
· You’ll be assessed on:
- Depth of analysis
- Coordination & structure
- Relevance to HR Mastery themes
- Practical application of models/concepts learned
· Group reps for each week are according to the order names listed under each group. They will:
- Coordinate group meetings
- Anchor the team’s presentation on Wednesday
- Submit the final slide to the admin group by Wednesday 2PM.
• Submit decks by Wednesday, 2PM at the latest
• Presentations hold Wednesday during our live coaching
