Employees form an integral part of the day to day functioning of a work environment. It is safe to say that they are the engine that propels the smooth and efficient functioning of a workplace.

- 4. Achievements: Employees also seek the ability to boast about ones success and achievement while on the job. They want to win and be able to showcase their achievements.
- 5. Respect: As much as employees give respect to colleagues and employers, they want to be respected in return. They want to be corrected and treated with utmost respect in all of their dealings.
